Chipiona is located in the Northeast of the province of Cadiz in between Rota and Sanlucar de Barrameda. It has approx. 20.000 inhabitants and its economy is based on tourism, the wines, the flowers and fishing.

Chipiona lighthouse dating back to 1867 is the highest in Spain with 70 metres.

Also to mention are Chipionas beaches of golden sands, very clean with cristal clear waters.

Other than the lighthouse, Chipiona also has anther great monuments, the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Regla.
